The International Project Management Association (IPMA) was established in Switzerland in 1965. Currently, it has 72 members in the world, 50 international certified organizations, and more than 50 national youth groups across Europe, Asia, America, Africa, and Middle East. IPMA is the world largest scale project management organization.

Different Levels of IPMA certificate that TPMA can issue
1. Level A is constructed based on other people's strategic leadership in very complex projects throughout the life cycle. This also applies to the management roles and life cycles of project portfolios and large projects.
2. Level B is constructed based on the leadership of others in complex projects throughout the life cycle. This also applies to project portfolios and large project group management roles and life cycles.
3. Level C is constructed based on the application of knowledge/theory in all relevant abilities throughout the life cycle to manage other people in projects of medium complexity.
4. Level D is constructed only based on the knowledge of all relevant abilities

Certification procedure
The four-level project management professional qualification certification system implemented by IPMA globally. IPMA is a comprehensive evaluation certificate of the knowledge, experience and ability of project management personnel. According to the IPMA certification level, the person who have obtained the IPMA project management certification at all levels will be responsible for general projects (Project), large-scale projects (Program), and combined type project (Portfolio) or have the ability to engage in project management professional work. Based on the International Project Management Personal Function Benchmark (IPMA Competence Baseline, ICB), IPMA divides the project management international project manager qualification certification into four levels, namely A, B, C, and D, according to the different professional standards of project managers. Each level awarded a different level of certificate.

IPMA Level B® Certified Senior Project Manager
· Execute in a complex project environment.
· Responsible for complex projects within the organization.
Certification qualification:
1. Deputy Project Director: In the last 8 years (can be extended to 12 years under special circumstances), he has worked as a project manager for more than 5 years, of which more than 3 years have been responsible for the leadership of complex projects.
2. Deputy Director of Large Projects: In the last 8 years (can be extended to 12 years under special circumstances), have more than 5 years of experience as a large project manager, of which more than 3 years have been responsible for the leadership of complex large projects.
3. Deputy Director of Combined Projects: In the last 8 years (extension to 12 years under special circumstances), he has more than 5 years of experience as a project portfolio manager, of which more than 3 years have undertaken the leadership function of a complex project portfolio.
All experience at level B must be acquired within the past 8 years. The evidence timetable can be extended for 4 years, and there must be a justification.

IPMA Level A® Project Director Certification
· Execute strategic level plans in a very complex combined project environment.

Responsible for a very complex project portfolio that has a strategic impact on the organization.
Certification qualification:
1. Project Director: In the last 12 years, there have been more than 5 years of project manager experience undertaking very complex project leadership functions, including more than 3 years of management experience at the strategic level.
2. Large-scale project director: In the last 12 years, have more than 5 years of experience as a large-scale project director who has assumed the leadership function of a very complex large-scale project; or have more than 4 years of experience as a large-scale project director who has assumed the leadership function of a very complex and large-scale project, and More than 3 years of project manager experience undertaking strategic leadership functions for very complex projects.
3. Combined project director: In the last 12 years, have more than 5 years of experience as a project portfolio manager undertaking the leadership function of a very complex project portfolio; or have more than 4 years of experience as a portfolio project manager undertaking the leadership function of a very complex project portfolio; And more than 3 years of project manager experience or combined project manager experience undertaking strategic leadership functions for very complex projects or large projects.
All experience of the A level must be acquired within the past 12 years.

IPMA Level A® Project Management Executive Consultant and Coach Certification (CECC)
Role description:
1. Serving as a consultant and/or coach with in-depth professional knowledge of individual and group project management.
2. Responsible for leading the development and delivery of consulting or coaching services with strategic significance for the professional development of individuals, teams or organizations.
3. In an individual, team or organization responsible for performing the position of chief consultant or the professional development role of chief coach, team chief consultant, or team chief coach with strategic significance.
qualifications:
In the past 8 years, candidates should have:
At least 5 years of work experience, 1500 working hours, as the chief consultant or chief coach of the project to manage consulting or coaching activities for the professional development of individuals, teams or organizations.
IPMA Level A® Project Management Executive Trainer Certification (CET)
Role description:
1. As an in-depth trainer, you must have the main professional knowledge of individuals and/or groups.
2. Responsible for the development and delivery of leadership training plans, workshops, lectures, or seminars with practical training. The elements of strategic influence are the professional development of individuals, teams or organizations.
3. Responsible for performing the functions of the chief trainer in an individual, team or organization or training team leaders in other professional development roles of trainers with strategic influence.資格：

At least 5 years of experience, 1,500 working hours, working time as the chief trainer of project management, and professional development of training activities with strategic impact on individuals, teams or organizations.
IPMA Level B® Project Management Senior Consultant and Coach Certification (CSCC)
Role description:1
. Possess senior professional knowledge of individuals and groups, and act as a consultant and/or coach.
2. Responsible for organizational development and consulting or coaching individuals and teams.
3. In the team with other coaches, consultants or trainers, perform the role of consultant or coach, team chief consultant or coach.
qualifications:
In the past 5 years, candidates should have:
At least 3 years of experience, with a minimum sum of 1000 working hours as a project consultant or coach for project management training activities.
IPMA Level B® Certified Project Management Trainer (CST)
Role description:
1. As an in-depth trainer, you must have the main professional knowledge of individuals and/or groups.
2. Responsible for developing and providing training plans, seminars, lectures or seminars on practical training elements.
3. Work with other trainers in a team to perform the role of trainer or similarly lead trainer

IPMA Level C® Project Management Consultant and Coach Certification (CCC)
Role description:
1. Individuals and groups serving as consultants and/or coaches have appropriate professional knowledge.
2. Responsible for delivery or support to provide consulting or coaching at the individual, team or organizational level.
3. Perform limited or moderate responsibilities such as consultants or coaches, junior consultants or coaches, trial consultants or coaches, and consultants or co-coaching.

In the past 3 years, candidates should have:
At least 6 months of experience, at least 500 working hours as a project consultant or coach working time management consulting or coaching activities.
IPMA Level C® Project Management Trainer Certification (CT)
Role description:
1. As an intermediate coach and possess moderate professional knowledge in individual and/or group project management.
2. Responsible for delivering or supporting the provision of training plans, seminars, lectures or seminar training elements.
3. Realize the same functions of trainer, coaching trainer and trainee trainer.

In the past 3 years, candidates should have:
At least 6 months, at least 500 working hours for project management training activities.

[Refund rules for physical, online distance teaching courses and online video teaching courses]
(1) After the trainees sign up and complete the payment of the training fee, the trainees can apply for a refund if one of the following situations occurs, and the refund ratio is as follows:
1. If the Academy does not open classes or fails to open classes as scheduled, a 100% refund will be made;
2. Participants who cancel the training for some reason before the start of the training will be refunded 50% of the training fee;
3. For trainees who cancel the training after the training day, the Academy will not refund the fee.
(2) If a remittance refund is required, the trainees should bear the remittance fee or deduct it from the refund amount.
(3) The online video teaching certification course will not be refunded after being opened for a fee. Participants must complete all "Video Teaching Courses" and "IPMA Level 4 International Project Management Certification Program" within one year from the date of purchase.
[Regulations on Refund of Certification Exams]
(1) After the students register for the certification exam and complete the payment, if they apply for a refund within 90 days from the date of payment, the Institute will refund 60% of the certification fee; if the student applies for a refund from the 91st to 180th day from the date of payment, the Institute will 30% of the certification fee will be refunded; application for refund will not be accepted for more than 180 days.
(2) After the students register for the certification exam and complete the payment, the online exam will not be refunded once it is opened, and the online exam must be completed within 180 days (including one free re-examination). If it exceeds 180 days, the qualification will be disqualified and no refund will be accepted. Other certification procedures must also be completed within one year. If the time expires, the qualification will be disqualified and no refund will be given.
(3) Those who pass the IPMA certification at all levels must pay the "IPMA registration fee" within 90 days from the notification date (for detailed registration fees for each level, please refer to the relevant specifications of each level), and the certification qualification will be cancelled if the time expires.
(4) When applying for a refund, students need to bear the remittance fee or deduct it from the refund amount.

(2) TNCB4.0 (Taiwan Personal Project Management Function Benchmark, for ICB 4.0) (translated by the Taiwan Project Management Association), a reference function benchmark textbook for the IPMA 4-L-C international project management professional qualification certification
(3) The reference scope of the written test for IPMA 4-L-C International Project Management Professional Qualification Certification is "TNCB4.0" and "International Project Management Knowledge System 4.0";
