一、課程特色
本課程將以專案管理實務應用及認證為主軸，使學員們習得專案管理技能，並以專案管理專業語言建立流暢的跨部門溝通平台、以專案管理方法培養學員在其職位上專業的做事方法，以此促進組織整體工作效率之提升，強化學員解決問題、創造機會的能力。
二、授課對象
對學習專案管理知識有興趣者。
三、授課模式
1.本課程採用「線上課程影片教學」，自行調配上課時段，不受時段、區域和距離的限制。
2.參加學員必須於六個月內，自行完成線上課程影片觀看，並完成線上筆試認證。
3.本課程未含 IPMA 考照及登錄費用，結訓後僅頒發結訓證書，學員如有考照需求需另外至官網報名
四、授課師資
TPMA 選派經過 IPMA 國際專案管理師認證合格，並具有多年豐富教學與實務經驗之資深教授，透過線上遠距教學，讓學員簡單、清晰、易懂的學習 IPMA 國際專案管理知識。
