Cai Jiachen was the former chairman of the Kaohsiung City Arts and Cultural Organizations Association. Lin Shouquan’s name is “Jingbo”, a person like his name, gentle and elegant, full of economics, but modest and courteous. He has a master’s degree in the First Calligraphy Teaching Institute of the Department of Chinese Literature, National Kaohsiung Normal University. He has been deeply involved in the field of calligraphy for more than 40 years. Li, Xing, seal, etc. are like a few treasures.

Lin Shouquan has spared no effort in promoting arts and cultural activities throughout his life. He has served as the chairman of the Kaohsiung Art and Culture Association Chairman Association, the chairman of the Kaohsiung Chinese Calligraphy Society, the founding chairman of the Kaohsiung Graffiti Art Society, and the chairman of the Kaohsiung Gangzheng Community Development Association. Calligraphy started from the block letters, including Liu Gongquan, Yan Zhenqing, Ouyang Xun, Yu Shinan, Chu Suiliang, Ouyang Tong, Northern Wei, etc., all of which have been involved in the study.
